E-mail cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and e-mail address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, provided your cancellation request reaches us not later than 24 hours after initial order and your order has not been charged/shipped. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via e-mail or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping.
MedQraft offers a 7 day return policy for products sold directly by MedQraft and our return policy only covers Medical Supplies (disposables & consumables), parts & accessories. Medical equipment are not covered under MedQraft’s return policy. After 7 days, our return policy expires and refunds/returns/exchanges are no longer covered. However, if you are dissatisfied with an item for any reason and the return policy has expired, you can still contact us at [email protected] and we will try to help if we can.
A Customer Service Representative must authorize all returns and issue an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
The following information should be available:
• MEDQRAFT reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether an item will be accepted: as a warranty return, for quality issues, or as damaged goods.
• Requests for returns due to customer error will only be accepted 30 days after original shipment date (a 50% or more restocking fee will be charged).
• Merchandise must be properly packaged in the original shipping carton, if possible, to avoid freight damage. Credit will not be given for items damaged due to improper packaging or freight damage.
• Customers must obtain an RMA number from a MEDQRAFT customer service representative and display this number on the outside of the package.
• All returns, regardless of whether the returns are determined to be legitimate, are subject to a handling/restocking fee of 40% of the sale price of the item.
• All returns are subject to inspection to determine condition of merchandise prior to issuance of credit.
• An additional fee of 20% of the original sale price will be charged for returned items that contain customer markings, stickers, or require repackaging to be returned to saleable condition.
• Freight/shipping charges associated with the returned merchandise from the original order will not be credited. Freight for returned merchandise must be shipped pre-paid freight (collect shipments will be refused).
Vendors on medqraft.com choose whether or not they offer a return policy, and if they offer one, they choose how long it lasts before it expires. Therefore, the return policy for Third-party items can vary: some may offer 1, 5, 7 or even 14 day return policies, while other vendors offer no return policy.
If something goes wrong with an eligible product sold by a vendor and you notify us before the return policy set by the vendor expires, we will help you to reach a satisfactory resolution such as a return for replacement, exchange, or refund. However, if the return policy set by a vendor has expired, MedQraft’s ability to help you may be limited. Given this circumstance, you may have to speak directly with the vendor to find a resolution, but MedQraft will try to help if we can.
For change requests on items that are not defective but approved for return by the vendor, you will be entitled to a replacement, exchange or refund.
Products carry the manufacturer's/seller’s warranty against defects. The product warranty information can be found on the product information page on our website and / or inside the box or packaging. Products are often covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. Most products sold directly by MedQraft carry a 30-day money back guarantee. Simply call our customer service representatives to obtain a RMA number and return the product in the original packaging to our warehouse. You will be credited the full purchase price upon receipt. Products sold by our associates or vendors are subject to their warranty terms & conditions.
